MTS Cleaning Services

We’re working to reduce the impact that our business has on the environment, striving to reduce, re-use and recycle waste wherever we can. The company headquarters at Stanley House on the Medway City Estate houses office accommodation for more than 50 staff and a large hangar for our vehicles, workshop and stores. The decision to change all internal lighting over to low energy LEDs was no small feat as the hangar alone held 242 lighting units of 250 watts each. These were replaced with just 42 LED lights at 30 watts each. As well as drastically cutting the wattage used at Stanley House, the changeover to LED has reduced monthly electricity costs by £12,500.
